We are hiring in several departments and are looking for great people who care and are hard workers.
We are a full-service restoration company specializing in water damage and restoration services.
We are located in Bellingham, Washington and work in Whatcom County
Our open positions are responsible for assisting our Crew Chiefs, the Project Manager, and our customers in restoring their home after water damage. We will train the right candidate.
Job Duties:
MUST BE RELIABLE!
Basic residential repair, skills VALUED but not necessary
Good attitude, willingness and eager to learn. Takes directions and asks questions.
Basic Understanding of power tool operation
Must be 18 years old or older
Women and Minorities encouraged to apply
Have reliable transportation
Clean, presentable appearance
Desire to advance in knowledge of basic construction remodeling and restoration techniques
Carry out written and verbal instructions
Lift, carry, and push heavy items
Positive attitude
Takes Pride in a job well done
Ability to think outside the box, problem solving ability
Works as a team, talks with the team, and is great at communicating.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay is depending on experience. Base rate ($18-27 hour)
We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance to the employee after a 30 day probationary period.
8 days of paid holidays each year
Accrual time paid vacation
