Plan, direct and monitor projects from initiation through delivery to meet revenue targets and cost projections, effectively managing cycle time and inventory. Manage customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction. Position involves extensive interaction with all levels of management both within Philips (e.g. Sales, Service, OM, PMGs) and the client organization. Serve as a mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for teams focused on the delivery of products to clients. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring on-time project delivery.Your role:Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of Ultrasound installations.Additional tasks to possibly expand to include in-house support for our in-field Project Management teams (TBD).This position will include but is not limited to the following:

In partnership with the Account Manager and Business Manager establish and communicate the delivery timeline for each order. Works with end customer as appropriate.

Confirms configuration and delivery address in customer’s purchase order/quote is in alignment with MP1. Ensures order integrity is maintained.

Schedules all material with Philips factories and third-party vendors, revises as needed.

Monitors all deliveries (factory and third party) to ensure they are on schedule.

Ensure all material is delivered including back-orders.

Maintains all delivery schedules in Salesforce PSA tool and PM Dashboard.

Works with Zone Service to schedule installation resources.

Works with third party brokers to schedule removal of trade-in equipment.

Processes all Direct Delivery Questionnaires and collaborates with Logistic providers to ensure accurate deliveries and/or problem resolution.

Ensures all shipments from distribution center to site are done in a timely manner.

Ensure FSEs are notified, and material is received and installed.

Tracks all orders to ensure installation is complete, Government paperwork (as required) is properly submitted, MDIRs (as required) are sent to Zone offices and revenue is recognized as scheduled.

Resolves all issues either independently or in conjunction with others that impact customer satisfaction and Initial Quality scores.

Manage the Ultrasound backlogs to meet revenue targets and minimize inventory.Establish and maintain effective communication channels with Sales, Marketing, Zone Installation Directors, Credit, Service, Philips factories, Third Party Vendors and Logistics providers.You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Demonstrated track record of project management skills, preferably with PM certification.

Supply Chain knowledge preferred, Philips specific knowledge highly desired.

5+ years related experience, preferably within a healthcare environment.

Demonstrated experience in effective relationship management with all levels and backgrounds across all departments and organizational levels with ability to instill confidence in all situations. This includes customer management, local project managers and contractors, and internal Philips organizations.

Demonstrated leadership abilities supported by a proven ability to negotiate solutions.

Able to manage own work and accomplish objectives through others without supervision.

Excellent time management, analytical and listening skills.

Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.

Experience with MS office suite.

SAP experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Flexible work style and ability to adapt to customer requirements.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
