538418 Services & Solutions Delivery Capability Expert - Customer DeliveryAs a member of our Capability Expert Team, you will focus on enhancing processes and tooling capabilities that support our Customer Delivery and Professional Services Organization, Customer Order through Installation.Your role:

Understanding of our operational landscape and the ways in which customer delivery processes and platforms facilitate the fulfillment of customer orders

Demonstrate expert knowledge in integrated platforms that support the Customer Delivery Management Process

Manage and support the design, build, test and deployment of new capabilities for our Customer & Professional Services Delivery organization

Oversee business processes for all identified businesses and functional areas

Collaborate with key business stakeholders to prepare business cases, scope, assumptions, and deliverables for projects

Partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations to streamline business processes and enhance employee productivity

Analyze inefficiencies in existing processes and lead specific changes to improve them

Provide documentation, training materials, and user training on new policies, processes, and procedures as needed

Utilize strong influencing skills to gain acceptance from others and drive through the change curve

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and business partners to ensure that risk management and the business impact of process changes and functional design are clearly understood

Communicate effectively across functions within the organization, including Executive Leadership

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; master’s preferred

Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management delivery, professional service support, finance or operations environment

Experience in SAP and/or SalesForce.com is required; experience with Certinia Professional Service Automation (FinancialForce) is desired

Advanced analytical and conceptual skills with ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, build consensus, and work through others to achieve goals and objectives

Structured, organized, and adaptable personality to quickly understand issues and bring together necessary resources to resolve them

Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned tasks, roles and responsibilities

Pragmatic business acumen understanding the value of standard work and practical solutions

Philips Transparency Details:The pay range for this position is $94,900 to $175,200, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
