Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Supply Chain Management Agent (Level 3) to join our Customer Management – Aggregation Programs team in Everett , Washington !The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. We are looking for qualified candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers throughout the world. As an Operations Procurement Agent, you will manage complex work packages in a fast paced and multifaceted environment. As part of this team you will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world class products in support of our airline customers and the flying public.This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. Prepares and implements proprietary information agreements.

Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.

Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

Provides operational support to Boeing’s supply chain partners.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership

3+ years of experience using requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally for 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years or experience working in a manufacturing, assembly and/or aerospace environment

3+ years of experience working in cross functional teams

3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools

Bachelor’s degree

Typical Education/Experience:Mid-Level (Level 3): Typically, 6 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation: (Please Confirm)Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
