Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join our Supply Chain Contracts and Sourcing team in Everett, Washington.The Systems Contracts team is responsible for managing BCA’s supply chain contracts for exciting and innovative technologies, such as avionics, flight controls, mechanical hydraulics, environmental control systems, and landing gear. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and solve complex problems with creative solutions. Come join the Supply Chain Contracts team responsible for the “nerve center” of our commercial airplanes!Primary duties include managing relationships with external companies and internal stakeholders, and negotiating cost recoveries, engineering changes, and contract extensions. This individual will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will execute and maintain contracts within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures. Some travel may be required for this position. (Less than 10% domestic/international travel may be required).Position Responsibilities:

Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.

Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.

Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documenting of contracts and agreements.

Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

1+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

1+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills

Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field

1+ years of experience drafting contracts or legal documents

1+ years of experience creating and developing strategy

1+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts

1+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles

Typical Education/Experience:Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
