Technical Accounting Manager

Description We are offering a remote, long-term contract employment opportunity for a Technical Accounting Manager in the financial services sector. Our workplace is located in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will be expected to utilize your accounting skills to manage a wide range of tasks, including monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of customer accounts, processing customer credit applications, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Utilize knowledge of Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to manage technical accounting processes Employ BlackLine and Concur tools to process customer credit applications in a timely and efficient manner Oversee ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to maintain accurate customer credit records and accounts Handle accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), to ensure smooth financial operations Conduct auditing of customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the findings Manage billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing Lead process documentation for various processes across the group to ensure compliance with Internal Audit findingsRequirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required. Experience with BlackLine software is preferred. Knowledge in using Concur is highly desirable. Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively is required. Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary. Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required. Prior experience in Auditing is a plus. Ability to manage Billing Functions effectively is necessary. Experience in creating and maintaining Process Documentation is required.
