Monson Ranch Distillery, part of the Goose Ridge Estate Winery family, is a dynamic and innovative brand with a passion for quality and forward-thinking. We’ve planted the largest contiguous vineyard in Washington, started a hard cider program, became the first winery in the state with four tasting rooms, and now, we’re opening our brand-new distillery tasting room in Prosser, WA.
We are currently hiring two part-time positions for our distillery tasting room in Prosser, WA. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for world-class hospitality. Join us as we redefine the tasting room experience in Washington State!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Attracting new members to our spirits, wine, and cider club.
Motivated to help build and retain the best club in Washington State.
Making every tasting experience unique and personalized for each guest or group.
Assisting with exciting on-site and off-site events.
Promoting our brands and building strong community relationships.
Working weekends, some evenings, and attending off-site events as needed.
Assisting with various administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
Experience in spirits, wine, sales, hospitality, and/or service – or if not, be cheerful, engaging, and confident in asking for the sale.
A love for spirits, wine, cider, and interacting with people.
A drive to sell, grow, and continuously improve.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
MAST Class 12 permit and Food Handler’s Card required.
Ability to lift 45 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills and experience with a web-based POS system.
Position Details:
Part-time: Approximately 20-30 hours per week, with potential for more.
Weekend availability required.
Compensation based on experience and availability.
