Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Retail Budtender Sales Associate to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for guiding customers through their cannabis purchasing experience, providing product information, cannabis knowledge, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Cannabis Expertise:
Become the go-to resource for our customers, educating them about different strains, products, and consumption methods. Whether they’re newbies or connoisseurs, you'll help them make informed decisions.
Sales and Customer Service:
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, all while keeping the vibe positive and relaxed. Your goal? Make every customer walk away happy and ready to return.
Merchandising:
Keep our shelves stocked and our displays looking fresh. You have an eye for detail and know how to make products pop.
Compliance & Safety:
You’ll be a compliance superstar, following all the rules and regulations to keep our operations smooth and legal.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment.

- Have previous experience in the cannabis industry (but if you don’t, don’t worry—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!).
- Are a regular cannabis consumer and can speak from personal experience
