We are recruiting a talented and experienced Project and Manufacturing Engineer to join a company known for their innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. This company fosters a collaborative environment where engineers can thrive and contribute to impactful projects.This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of manufacturing processes while managing projects from concept through to completion.What you get to do:

Ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes.

Analyze project requirements and manufacturing capabilities to identify potential challenges and solutions.

Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and risk assessments

Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports.

Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.

Provide troubleshooting support across all sites, offering solutions for process-related concerns or enhancements.

Drive the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs)

What you need to be successful:

1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting

Experience working with and troubleshooting machinery

Self-motivated

Good oral and written communication skills

The Engineer will work with the OBD development, calibration, and vehicle operations teams, and will support interactions with government agencies.
