In this positionFord Pro FinSimple (FPFS) CDSA, investigate, and apply risk analysis for credit offerings for commercial use vehicles on commercial retail, commercial RCL, and commerciaLease (TRAC) contracts. Our teams also process commercial line of credit offerings, also known as CLOCs.Ford Pro FinSimple (FPFS) CDSA is a remote position. There are multiple openings. Preferred but not required to live within a 50-mile commuting distance from the Ford Credit locations in Tampa, FL, Franklin, TN, Dearborn, MI or Colorado Springs, CO . Analyze and decision commercial (Ford Pro FinSimple) vehicle credit applications

Adhere to purchase approval limits and investigation standards

Sell the benefit of the Company's value proposition to the dealers and effectively maintain a consistent purchase policy based on dealer support, liquidation experience, and management direction

Understand and practice business unit financing plans, programs, and procedures

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with dealership personnel

Complete all required procedural reviews in a timely manner to identify potential misrepresentations or fraud

Perform investigations as required

Identifying issues and risks to the Company and keeping Management informed.

Participate actively in CDSA calibration sessions

Support the sales organization as required to complement business activities

Support a culture which is driven by a sales mindset in order to grow commercial market share as well as maintain a high level of dealer and customer service.

Maintaining brand awareness.

Active involvement in action plans for meeting and exceeding Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals for customer, commercial customer, and dealer customer experiences (CX, CCX, DX, JD Power).

Supporting inclusion and diversity initiatives by understanding, respecting and valuing the differences that define employees as unique individuals.

Show team spirit by respecting the needs of others, offering to help, and having flexibility by joining in team efforts to work during our busiest times (e.g. near the holidays and year-end)

Adhere to PII procedures and processes to safeguard customer information. Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines in order to achieve a "Compliant" rating on all reviews and audits.

You'll have

Bachelor of Business Administration or related Business Degree degree preferred or equivalent experience

Basic understanding of credit, financial analysis, sales, collections, and relationship management

Strong time management and follow-up skills.

Proficient technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and speed and accuracy in typing and data entry

Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday which will include evenings, holidays, and

Saturdays on a rotational basis. Ford Pro FinSimple Originations services all Market Areas and time zones for the United States. At this time hours of operation do not include Sunday. Hours of operation are subject to change.

Ability/willingness to travel as needed to attend training, dealer events or in-person meetings.

Candidates may be required to attend some in-person training within the first 30 – 60 days.
