Dealership Office Manager Responsibilities:

Lead front office management process and staff, including day-to-day operations, in collaboration with the general manager and other store managers' needs

Streamline auto dealer systems, including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintenance, scheduling meetings, and preparing financial statements

Make sure dealership accounting office and auto finance policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards

Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers, and customers as a professional representative of our dealership management team

Perform additional human resources and office administration duties, as needed

Dealership Office Manager Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory

Two or more years of experience in office management is preferred - automobile dealership experience is strongly preferred. Training available for the right candidate.

Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills are needed.

Proficient computer skills including experience with Quickbooks preferred. Training on dealership-specific software will be provided.
