Shop Technicians are at the heart of programmatic operations at Port Townsend School of Woodworking, in service of supporting and executing woodworking classes. This includes material and classroom preparation, cleaning and resetting, tool maintenance, facility maintenance, teaching assistance during programs, ordering supplies and tools, and coordination with visiting instructors. This is a highly collaborative position ideal for budding or more experienced woodworkers with familiarity with hand tools and machinery.
