Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Campaigns and Operations, the Strategic Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies with both our distribution partners and key corporate accounts. We are seeking a seasoned B2B marketer to focus primarily on elevating the marketing efforts of our distribution partners and helping them engage their customers with Hach solutions. You will bring fresh, strategic ideas to improve how we reach our partners' end customers and will have a critical hand in shaping marketing campaigns and initiatives that create measurable results. In addition to supporting distribution partners, you will also work closely on account-based marketing initiatives for a few of our key corporate accounts, tailoring personalized marketing strategies to drive growth and meet their objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDistribution Partner Marketing

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns with distribution partners to enhance their ability to market to end users.

Work creatively with distribution partners to design and implement marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, webinars, educational content, and other innovative approaches.

Collaborate closely with partners to improve their marketing assets, providing guidance on optimizing messaging, channels, and tactics.

Collaborate with partners on best practices, tools, and strategies to reach their target customer segments.

Build strategies that leverage distribution channels to access and grow specific customer segments.

Corporate Accounts Marketing

Execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key corporate accounts, focusing on highly customized and personalized marketing programs.

Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify key opportunities within corporate accounts and align marketing initiatives accordingly.

Develop targeted content and campaigns that resonate with decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate accounts.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategy

Partner closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.

Bring a strategic, big-picture mindset to how we leverage distribution channels and corporate accounts in our overall marketing strategy.

Regularly measure and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on channel or partner marketing and campaigns.

Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, or similar; MBA preferred.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate partner and customer engagement.

Deep understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and experience tailoring marketing for corporate accounts.

Strong creative skills, with an ability to develop fresh, innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.

Excellent communication and project management skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance.

Ability to travel up to 10%
