Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianOgden, UT- relocation package and/or per diem for 6 months ($150/day)Interview Process can take 4-8 weeksJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians with a minimum of 2 years of experience working specifically with Tetra Pak beverage and filler machines. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and maintaining high safety and quality standards.Responsibilities

Install, startup, and shutdown equipment in accordance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Perform mechanical skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting for the repair and maintenance of production equipment.

Carry out necessary logistics work, including receiving goods, preparing goods for upcoming production orders, and loading bulk products for shipment.

Ensure compliance with all rules and policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, and company requirements.

Maintain strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Adhere to the Company's Integrated Management Systems, including Production, Quality, Food Safety, and GMP.

Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education. Trade or vocational school education is preferred.

3 years of experience in a maintenance role across various environments

Experience in a food and beverage manufacturing facility is preferred

Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools

Knowledge of electrical components such as VFD’s, motor starters, temperature sensors

Experience with industrial electrical systems up to 480 VACS

Controls and instrumentation knowledge

PLC/software and hardware experience

Pneumatics and hydraulics experience

Familiarity with BRC/HACCP, environmental, and sustainability standards

Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force at times and/or up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects

Ability to work in cold and hot environments (approximately 38F-80F degrees)

Ability to repeat motions that may include use of wrists, hands, and/or fingers, and standing or sitting for prolonged periods (average 8-12 hours)
