Hours Scheduled: Monday - Saturday, 5 days a week, between 8 am - 6:30 pm

The HOPE Center is directed and staffed by followers of Jesus who use his example in ministry to serve individuals who are willing to make positive life changes and learn skills that lead to personal and professional success. Our HOPE at Work Program empowers participants to develop workforce skills, improve personal growth, and achieve professional success. As a Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping others thrive by providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Job Coach to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on coaching and support to program participants as they work to develop workplace skills and achieve personal and professional goals. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of others, encouraging growth and helping them overcome challenges to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one coaching to program participants, helping them develop key skills like time management, communication, and problem-solving.
Create tailored plans for each participant based on their strengths and needs, offering support and feedback.
Track progress, set goals, and celebrate successes to boost confidence.
Address conflicts and challenges participants face, offering guidance and resolution.
Ensure that donated items are processed and stocked appropriately.
Collaborate with staff to create a supportive and successful work environment.
Offer spiritual support when requested, building authentic relationships through Christian values.
Ensure participants adhere to program expectations and values.

Growing Christian with a heart for ministry and service.
Active involvement in a Bible-based Christian church.
Passionate about helping others achieve personal, emotional, and spiritual growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage conflict in a calm and respectful manner.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Experience in job coaching, workforce development, or related fields a plus.
Wage and Benefits:
Salary: Starting at $40,000- $45,000 depending on experience plus healthcare stipend
Benefits: Retirement, paid time off, paid sick time, paid holidays, and medical benefits
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Saturday, shifts scheduled between 8 am and 6:30 pm.
