This role supports a security team and involves assisting with onboarding, event planning/setup for morale events, and special projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate drive, initiative, and the ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.Hard Skills

Other responsibilities may include: Providing backup support (calendar, travel, expenses) to other leaders. Helping maintain team aliases, to support efficient and appropriate internal communication. Planning and coordinating domestic and international travel plans end-to-end, including the proactive anticipation of any logistics and itineraries. Candidate Qualifications: 2+ years demonstrated administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Including experience supporting remote teams required. Effective verbal and written communicator with a diverse group of key stakeholders. Excellent organizational, analytical, and anticipatory skills. Ability to make independent decisions and to juggle multiple projects at once with compressed lead time, in addition to dealing with ambiguity. Solid ability to manage multiple projects and excellent problem-solving skills.
