The Central Marketing Organization (CMO) inspires, acquires, and engages Microsoft customers & partners by driving integrated marketing strategy and plans to achieve business growth objectives. CMO accelerates the region’s growth agenda by driving customer centric, digitally connected integrated marketing plans aligned to global Marketing strategy and standardized marketing engines. CMO drives connected customer experiences and data driven storytelling, creating Microsoft brand love, and enabling sellers to deliver revenue.The Integrated Marketing Campaign Lead, Azure oversees and brings to life the campaign marketing strategies and plans for the Americas region (US, Canada & LATAM) leveraging and scaling global go-to-market approaches and augmenting with local activities to deliver delightful customer experiences that drive business outcomes (including customer acquisition, nurture and consumption). You will be known as the marketing expert on your Solution Area, using data and insights to ensure positioning and messaging is clear, distinctive and differentiated by audience and educates our customers on how they can achieve more with Microsoft products. You are an evangelist of marketing transformation, responsible for landing the cutting-edge marketing innovations being developed at Microsoft for your region. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills advising Sales and Marketing leaders on marketing delivery. You define the local solution area marketing plan that leverages Global strategy, execution frameworks and marketing technology to drive business priorities (e.g., customer adds, lead generation) via local marketing engines (e.g., digital, social, email, events). You align marketing tactics to marketing objectives (e.g., acquisition, nurture, re-engagement) focused on outcomes and relevant metrics.

You will collaborate with Corporate teams and regional stakeholders to align Marketing plans to global strategy, capabilities, and engines.

You will gather and share internal and external feedback about the quality of plan.

Integrated Marketing Execution

You develop, land, and optimize the solution area marketing plan based on insights from corporate customer targeting, segmentation tools and various metrics and local-market knowledge, continually updating and improving on customer experiences (e.g., optimize segments, spend, performance, improve digital channels). You ensure all plans adhere to critical company policies such as privacy, accessibility, compliance and brand.

Data-Driven Decision Making and Performance Management

You use data-driven insights leveraging available global tools and dashboards to optimize marketing strategy and delivery.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience

C onnected sales and marketing experience. Understanding of sales priorities and motivations and ability to advocate for marketing in conversations with sales organizations to ensure optimal customer experiences and success.

Efficiently coordinate cross-functional teams and projects, leveraging project management expertise to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies across various channels and platforms. Obsessed with delivering a compelling customer experience through relevant, connected customer engagement.

Leadership presence, experience working with leadership and track record of marketing impact and influence. Innate ability to navigate through a complex matrixed organization to lead process changes and deliver execution excellence.

Data-driven marketer. Comfortable reading and analyzing data, using it to inform marketing plans and prioritize investments and leading data discussions with key business stakeholders.

Field Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
