We are looking for someone to drive the strategic investments in administrative infrastructure. Our IC3 Management Infrastructure team is responsible for the services that enables our customers to configure, customize and manage their Teams experiences to meet their user and business needs and requirements. Our services are involved in every Teams communication action and activity.  As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the cross-team effort for driving improvements and innovations in these administrative experiences and the building state-of-the art high quality and reliable Cloud Micro Services. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. You will drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas. You’ll also identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.

You will own and definethe roadmap for critical feature areas based on customer engagements, data and in collaboration with partner teams across Microsoft.

You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in targeted areas.You’ll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers.

You will partner with engineering teams to prioritize backlogs based on customer and business priorities, align on trade-offs needed and align work against the roadmap.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

OR equivalent experience.

Previous experience developing (or managing development) of administrative / management cloud software systems.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
