Clinical Program Manager Remote

The Pharmacy Program Manager provides pharmacy support and guidance to initiatives and structures to improve and standardize pharmacy clinical and operational practices, formulary/medication utilization management, and/or safety performance and outcomes. He/she works collaboratively across the pharmacy enterprise and other divisions and departments. The Program Manager ensures appropriate enterprise-wide and inter-professional engagement in practice and quality initiatives and structures. The Program Manager supports creation and utilization of quality and safety metrics and other performance reporting. He/she incorporates principles of data driven high reliability and process improvement into all practice and quality initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree
5 years in healthcare operations, for an understanding of the nature of the work performed by the customers of PSJH Shared Services
3 years demonstrated experience in project management with a proven track record in managing multiple complex high profile projects simultaneously, and driving toward successful results
Preferred Qualifications:
Master\'s Degree or equivalent educ/experience
Upon hire: Project Management Professional (PMP) (if the candidate is working towards or has plans to obtain the PMP within a year, that also qualifies)
3 years demonstrated success in leading initiatives in a multi-region or divisional, complex organization
3 years Consulting background is also beneficial for success in a high production, deadline-oriented professional work environment requiring multi-tasking, flexibility, and self-directed work
1 year experience working on 340B programs and Drug Purchasing activities

The Principal IS Project Manager (PM) position manages large, diverse, and complex projects that span across multiple divisions and/or functional areas in Information Technology. They plan, organize, and lead teams to complete project tasks. They rely on knowledge and experience to ensure projects are planned and executed in a way that aligns with the project objectives. They facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders and lead through influence.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations or Information Technology Or equivalent educ/experience
8 years Project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or other relevant industry or operations leading large, diverse and complex projects. This includes experience with:
Applying Project Management methodology based on project management principles.
Incorporating process improvement methodologies into large scale projects.
Facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities.
Speaking in a professional presentation environment, such as conferences and association meetings.
Business development and/or strategic and tactical planning and execution including marketing, communications and financial planning.
Preferred qualifications:
Master\'s Degree in Information Technology, business management, healthcare admin or clinical field.
Coursework/Training in Project management methodologies
Upon hire: Certifications in process optimization such as Six Sigma, Lean, CQIA or other nationally recognized program.
Upon hire: Project Management (PMI) Certification.
Upon hire: Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI) Certification.
3 years Working in the healthcare industry.

The Caregiver Relations Consultant II is responsible for serving as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers who face employee relations matters where content and subject-matter expertise is needed. The role includes ensuring consistent and best practice approaches to positive employee and labor relations, adherence to HR policies, compliance with regulatory and policy requirements and standards, investigations, and recommendations for workplace environment improvement. Additional areas of accountability include employee relations research, identifying trends and patterns and need for critical intervention, labor relations research, dispute alternatives and policy development, effective recordkeeping and data integrity. Maintains HR metrics and dashboards and reports to other HR professionals so actions can be aligned with findings.

Required Qualifications:
Five years\' Experience in general human resources, or equivalent work experience, at exempt level, in multi-state/location, service line of business.
Five years Demonstrated experience in the area of Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence.
Five years Demonstrated experience providing high-touch customer service in \'concierge\' style environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree Human Resources, Business, or related field
Upon hire: HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP)
