Customer Service RepresentativeWe are looking for team-oriented individuals with personality, people skills and hustle! Our CSR’s greet customers, answer phones, take orders and prepare pizza while providing excellent customer service. This position pays $16.28 per hour to $17.00 per hour plus tips.Paid sick leave per WA State law.  Qualifying part-time and regular, full-time employees will be offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and Company policy. Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)Greet customers with a smile.Operate Register to enter orders, process sales and collect payment from customers.Make products consistent with Domino’s standards.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standardsAre you?A fun and friendly person who likes to help others and is comfortable talking to strangers?A team player who has a positive attitude, is punctual and understands the importance of dependability?Comfortable making suggestions and pitching in to help when needed?At least 16 years of age?Can you? Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree - Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent educ/experience. 8 years - Related experience; more preferred. Strong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes. Strong experience with n-tier solutions. Strong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually). Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations. Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements. Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Master\'s Degree - Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent educ/experience. Experience in a Healthcare environment. 8 years of Software Asset Management related experience; 12+ preferred. Proven experience with software audits and compliance.
