OverviewAs we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Mobility is excited to announce the opening of a License and Title Coordinator based in Renton, WA!The position at our Group Headquarters located at at 500 Naches Ave SW, Renton, WA 98057.This position pays $22/hr based on a 40 hour work week.

The License and Title department is responsible for partnering with our Vehicle Acquisition, Remarketing and Referral Car Sale teams to accurately and efficiently process paperwork related to the registration, titling and subsequent sale of our vehicle fleet. In addition, the coordinator will handle reporting, payables, and questions related to the licensing compliance and process for Retail customers. The ideal candidate is a professional and self-motivated team player, who is detailed oriented and organized.Responsibilities

Manage ongoing log to track sales and licensing deadlines

Track payments and communicate with management on status

Process licensing for all retail customers

Manage our title process

Work with auctions

Understand state compliance and guidelines for licensing sales

Process payments for licensing and other invoices

Cross train on trades and wholesale title process

Participate in trainings conducted for the team

Create reporting for operations and management as needed

Ongoing communication with management on any issues impacting licensing deadlines

Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have a High School Diploma or GED or above

Must have intermediate PC knowledge with experience in Excel and Word required

Title work or data entry experience preferred, but not required

Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
