DescriptionThis position is hybrid/remote and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of AK, WA, OR, CA, TX and MT. Ideal candidate would reside in, Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA main office locations. Remote work will be considered. Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule. Contributes, tracks and monitors the capital and operating budgets for ET projects and their participation in maintenance and support. This position is responsible for leading, mentoring and executing AI/ML, RPA and product based Embedded AI governance and use their Oracle ERP HCM, Finance and SCM functional expertise in guiding the roadmap. The Manager is also responsible for establishing and maintain long term vendor relationships to define and drive the workstream strategy and roadmap to ensure application stability and a positive user experience. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Services, EngineeringOr equivalent educ/experience

5 years Information Services leadership experience

8 years Total relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience: Demonstrated ability to create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues; information services operations and support; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems. Proven ability to interact at and communicate to all levels of an organization. Organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities are critical for success in this position.

8 years:

Functional Application design and/or implementation experience of large scale Oracle Cloud HCM, SCM or Finance for Healthcare or other IT sectors

ERP experience to include leading Information Services teams in 2 or more of the following applications and business processes

Experience with AI/ML, RPA via UiPath/PowerApps & Embedded AI within Oracle, UKG Pro WFM or other ERP products will be considered as a strong asset

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related IS or healthcare field

Experience with not-for-profit healthcare services sector.

Experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas for HCM, Finance or SCM modules

Experience with vendor management including contract negotiation and relationship management.

Proven capability to build productive outcomes using networked teams in dynamic organization environments.

Experience developing and managing an operations and project budget for an information services organization.
