Bookkeeper/Accountant
Kirkland, WA / Issaquah, WA
Distribution company in Issaquah, WA is looking for an experienced professional for part-time position as Bookkeeper. This is a permanent, long-term position. This candidate must have an expert knowledge of QuickBooks (QB certification a must), along with experience with MS Office Suite, payroll and excise tax. Recent private accounting experience is a plus.
Primary duties include
QuickBooks
Payroll preparation, reporting, set-up and filing obligations
Accounts receivable / Accounts Payable / DOR fillings / Bank Reconciliation / Pay Roll / Job Costing / Inventory
Prepare and file annual year-end reporting forms, including 1099s and W-2s
Prepare and file State and local B&O/Excise/Use Tax filings
Knowledge/skills/abilities
Qualifications
3+ years recent accounting/bookkeeping
Bilingual is a plus
