Strong computer skills, conscious of time management, ability to take direction, excellent grammar and communication skills, manage light incoming phone inquiries, paperwork, a positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills are a must. A high priority is placed upon a professional appearance and being respectful with clients, fellow associates and management.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily service contact with individual clients.
Data gathering of relevant client financial data.
Facilitate and manage new accounts, asset transfers, and client transactions.
Ensure all transactions meet regulatory and compliance standards.
Assist with marketing campaigns, event management.
Perform other job-related duties and/or special projects, as required.
Skills & Attitude:
Superior interpersonal communication, problem solving, and client service skills.
Ability to respond in a timely manner, organize tasks, manage time and prioritize.
Strong with numbers, attentive to detail and accuracy and possess high energy.
Individually motivated and actively contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the financial services, banking or loan industry.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Ability to quickly learn propriety financial analytics and CRM software.
