ZOOM DRAIN® is now hiring an experienced part time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper!
We are a family owned business. Zoom Drain is known for being the drain and sewer experts in Seattle.
We serve all of King County and Snohomish County. We provide residential, commercial drain and sewer services- From sinks, toilets, and tubs to main drains, roof drains, storm drains, and anything else that carries water.
Zoom Drain Seattle is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Admin/Bookkeeper to join our team.
This position offers the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, providing support in administrative tasks and bookkeeping functions. If you have extensive experience with ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Online, we would love to hear from you! Must have ServiceTitan & QuickBooks Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage weekly bookkeeping tasks using QBO & ST.
-Oversee and maintain accounts payable and receivable.
-Process invoices and track expenses. (batching+exporting)
-Provide administrative support, including managing files, documents, and office correspondence.
-Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed.
