Statement of Work (SOW) for Finance/Accounting Support
Scope:
The consultant will provide short-term financial and accounting support to assist with key tasks related to reporting, reconciliation, and process improvement within the organization.
Deliverables:
Financial Reconciliation (15 hours):
Review and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements.
Identify and resolve discrepancies.
Monthly Reporting Support (15 hours):
Assist in preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Generate financial summaries for management review.
Accounts Payable/Receivable Review (10 hours):
Verify outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
Follow up on aged receivables and provide status updates.
Process Documentation & Recommendations (10 hours):
Evaluate current workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
Document updated procedures for internal use.
