JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist and/or work with Administrator and/or assigned staff
Data entry through collective data from client – as needed
Answers telephone
Schedule appointment – as needed
Filing – as needed
Assist in organization of office
Operates and maintains office and office equipment
Clerical duties as needed
Any other job-related duties
QUALIFICATION:
Bi-lingual; Spanish/English
At least with some College education
Knowledge of Microsoft 365
Adaptability on changes
Able to learn new software
Office experience
Detailed Oriented individual
Clerical skill and a multi-task individual
Excellent communication skill
People Oriented
Organization skill
Flexibility with schedule
