MULTISERVICIOS, INC. is looking for a TAX PREPARER to be part of our team. This is an in-person/in-house position. Office location will depend on the staffing needs. Work hours and days is flexible. Class/Workshop regarding Federal Income Tax Return will be provided. Orientation/Training upon hire/employment with the company.
MULTISERVICIOS, INC. serves the Hispanic community but not limited to this population. The company has 3 office locations: Seattle, Bellevue and Everett.
MULTISERVICIOS, INC. is a mid-size business that provides the following services: Federal, State, and City Tax (Business and Individual) Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) Application; Bookkeeping and Payroll for small and/or mid-size business; Documents review and preparation; Business License; Translation of documents and/or Interpreting; Notary Service; Business Consultation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assessment of Taxpayer’s documentation in preparation of the filing of their tax return
Computer Data Entry
Assist Clients with concerns and/or inquiry
Schedule Appointments for clients
Answer phones
Coordinate with other staff in regards to client’s inquiry/concerns and any other assistance needed by the client
and/or the staff
Perform any other office task as needed.
QUALIFICATION:
BI-LINGUAL, ENGLISH AND SPANISH; speaking, reading and writing
Some college is a plus
Knowledge about of computer use
Able to answer the phone professionally
Able to coordinate and assist senior staff
Knowledge and understanding of Accounting is a plus
Customer Service Oriented
Detail oriented individual - able to follow and learn basic information crucial to the position
Office experience - able to perform clerical duties
A multi-task individual
