Fast paced, independent auto repair shop located in North Seattle is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor / Shop Manager. Friendly neighborhood setting, High paced work environment, High quality repair shop with solid reputation for the last 40 years.
Our team consists of long-term employees we consider family. This position has opened up because the current manager is moving up in the company to oversee all three locations as the operations manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations
Writing repair orders
Developing estimates
Communicating with customers and technicians
Estimating and ordering parts
Estimating labor times
Billing out customers
Checking in customers
Opening and closing shop
Compensation, work hours & benefits:
$80,000 – 100,000 minimum salary with sales commission and quarterly profit sharing bonuses that pays a total of $175,000 - 250,000 + per year in compensation. Medical & Dental Insurance, 401K / Retirement Plan (3% matched by employer), Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave / Holiday, Employee discounts. Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Qualifications / skills:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
5 plus years of experience as a service advisor / manager in an independent repair shop
Positive attitude
Strong work ethic
Excellent communications skills
Mechanical knowledge of vehicles
Problem solving abilities
Attention to detail
Alldata experience a plus but not required
Tekmetric experience a plus but not required
