We are currently searching for a math or business undergraduate student for a paid General Business Internship. This internship position is on-site in our Bainbridge Island office.
The duties of this internship include:
updating historical reports for each of the company’s properties, including a financial summary of both projects completed and current investments.
In addition, this internship will involve data collection from internal sources for the preparation of marketing materials for our investors, as well as updating existing reports.
Attendance at other department or company meetings as agreed.
Other business-related activities as they arise.
The ideal candidate is a math or business degree-seeking undergraduate student in the Seattle or Kitsap County area. An unofficial transcript will be required.
Requires:
The ability to exercise discretion and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Excellent written and verbal English language skills. The ability to write and present information in a clear, concise, and logical manner is essential.
Strong competency in MS Office apps, especially Excel.
High level of initiative, effort, and commitment toward completing assignments efficiently.
Ability to multi-task in a complex and fast-paced environment.
A desire to learn the commercial real estate business.
The length of this internship and specific hours will vary depending on the candidate’s skills and schedule. We offer a casual but professional work environment.
