Our globally recognized small business seeks to hire an experienced mid-level manager to take over running and overseeing our technical services and sustainability services systems and support staff.
Minimum requirements
High school graduate (some college or additional skills training preferred)
At least two years with a proven track record of successfully working as an administrative, office or customer service manager
Experience working with customers (when required) to resolve issues or present information
Ability to write and communicate well to all audience types
Able to multi-task across various job functions
Demonstrated history of being a team player
Demonstrated history of leading and training support staff members
Demonstrated history of successfully using all primary MS software (word, Excel, Teams)
Demonstrated leadership and history of consistently working to evolve and improve systems and efficiencies
