On-Site Manager Needed – Mellow Brook Apartments, Downtown Bothell
Mellow Brook Apartments, a 16-unit residential community located in the heart of Downtown Bothell, is seeking a reliable and experienced On-Site Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position ideal for someone with a strong background in general maintenance and handyman work.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment complex
Perform yard work and groundskeeping
Maintain the shared laundry room
Conduct apartment turnover cleaning and remodeling as needed
Respond to tenant needs and coordinate repairs
Collect, deposit, and account monthly rent payments
Compensation:
A 2-bedroom, ground-floor apartment provided rent-free as compensation for management duties
Hourly wage offered for handyman work and apartment turnovers
Requirements:
Experience in maintenance, repair, or general handyman tasks
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Must live on-site in the provided apartment
No pets allowed (pet-free property policy)
