We support work life balance. Role: The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor manages and supports a multifunctional team in executing inventory operations effectively. This role oversees task assignments, provides guidance, and ensures accountability among team members. This role involves fostering a focused and productive work environment, where employees understand their responsibilities and are motivated to achieve goals. The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor implements strategies to keep the team on track, address any issues that arise, and encourage collaboration. This role contributes to the overall success of the inventory management process by promoting accountability and focus.Responsibilities:Coordinate daily workflow of a large, multifunctional teamCultivate opportunities for growth and advancement among your teamCoach, train, and develop a team of direct reports to meet or exceed minimum expectations, including corrective action when necessaryLead the implementation of processes and policies in support of organizational goalsProvide performance feedback to multiple levels of the organizationInvestigate and resolve points of failure in departmental processesAssist with maintenance and updates of Card Kingdom’s process documentationProvide regular updates on daily status to department leadershipAct as point-of-contact with other departments as neededManage timecards and team schedulesConduct and provide recommendations on new hire applicantsEnsure proper allocation of staff resources to meet the needs of day-to-day tasks, special requests, and other projects as neededParticipate in projects as assignedAdditional duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications:Associate degree or equivalent work experienceWorking knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook Proven track-record of attention to detailTop-notch time management and communication skillsDemonstrated bias for action, especially when dealing with ambiguityWorking knowledge of Card Kingdom’s internal operationsSelf-motivated and self-competitive workstylePhysical Requirements:Manual dexterity with constant fine finger manipulation.The capacity to stand and work on hard surfaces for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.Frequent wrist flexion/extension in repetitive motions.Occasional squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting at waist may be required.Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.Location / Work Schedule:Monroe, WAPM Shift (3:00 PM-11:30 PM)Schedule for this position includes working Saturday/Sunday.Job Type / Pay Rate:Full Time, scheduled 40 per work week, set shift with two consecutive weekend days.Non-exempt/Hourly: From $25.58 per hour, and $26.48 per hour upon completion of training and meeting expectations.Full Pay Range: $25.58 per hour - $28.09 per hour based on proficiency.
