Part Time Assistant Business Manager (three days/week) needed for Apartment Communities located in Tukwila/Burien/ Kent/Seattle

We are looking for a candidate with previous Customer Service experience: Property Management and/or Leasing experience is a plus but not required. Bilingual preferred

Demonstrated competency in basic office procedures.

Must have and maintain a valid state driver license and insurance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting the Business Manager as they ensure that all functions at the apartment community(s) run smoothly and within the guidelines set. Maintain confidentiality with respect to residents, community business and fellow employees. You will be requested to complete other specific tasks as assigned.
MARKETING/LEASING & ADMINISTRATION:
Answer telephone, set up market ready apartments, show apartments to prospective residents, process rental applications. Process and maintain rental documents, prepare proper notices and carry out the eviction process, deposits, rental receipts, bills, accounting paperwork, resident relations and resident complaints. And complete monthly checklist items by deadline.
