Call Center Representative

Position Type: Full-time, Hourly

Location: Auburn, WA

Wage Scale: $18.00 - $25.00

Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Responsibilities:

- Customer Service tasks and problem-solving with customers.

- Follow up and schedule appointments with customers through phone and email.

- Accurately process orders, application forms, and requests into database.

- Creating and establishing great relationships with customers.

- Update transactions status of all customer calls.

- Manage job files as well as meeting deadlines.

- Creating and establishing great relationships with customers.

- Various administration duties.

- Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and professional telephone skills.

- Organizational, time management and customer service skills.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Call center or high volume call experience required.

- Regular attendance is required.
