We are currently in need of customers relations specialists in Puyallup, WA (close to Tacoma ).
Some of the essential duties to the position include:
Respond to clients inquiries via phone calls or emails.
Educates clients and potential clients regarding the Companys operations
Research the status of clinical study protocols/studies
Refers calls requiring higher authority to appropriate departments to be resolved
Triage client submissions by making minor corrections
Education and/or Experience:
Associates Degree or higher is preferred
Two or more years of similar service experience
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Database systems.
Ability to proofread and detect errors in typing, spelling, grammar, syntax and punctuation
Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
