Helena started the business 38 years ago and we are proud to have grown into what we are today: the largest pick up and delivery dry cleaning and laundry service in the greater Seattle area, with 3 storefront locations. The Customer Service Representative opportunity is the direct contact to our customers. This position's main objective is to provide support to the customer, answering questions, offering insight on services, and delivering unique, tailored customer service experiences.
Customer Service Representative duties and responsibilities
-Greeting and assisting customers at the counter/kiosk
-Answering phones, scheduling pick ups
-Managing incoming message feed (email/text) for customer inquiries and maintain necessary follow through
-Provide quality customer service in person, over the phone, and in messaging
-Developing and maintaining customer relationships
-Detailing customer orders based on their requests/preferences
-Client Service Representative requirements and qualifications
