We are looking for an exceptionalCustomer Service Representative in Kent, Washingtonto provide one call resolution to customer phone calls. Review and route all customer correspondence and orders. Work with cross-functional departments and other appropriate one stop resolution techniques as required. Negotiation skills, customer clarification of problems and resolutions are required. Candidate must be familiar and proficient with basic math skills relating to Algebra and Trig. Must be willing and able to follow basic process flows and procedures. Good communication, business writing skills and listening skills are a must.

Working with cross-functional departments and utilizing appropriate one stop resolutions to eliminate customer frustrations while providing an enjoyable customer experience.
What we are looking for
An experienced customer service rep with excellent phone and follow-through skills, and the following:
Professional verbal and written communication skills
High School degree or equivalent required; some college/technical school preferred in IT, maintenance, drafting, construction or engineering is desired.
Good organizational, planning and follow up skills
Proficient computer skills.
Basic Math skills, including reading measurements, geometry, algebra and trigonometry
Mechanically inclined
Proficiency in blueprint reading and Auto-Cad is a plus
At least one-year experience in a fast paced customer service environment is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork/teambuilding skills.
