Customer Service Representative - Full Time - M-F

In need of a strong and punctual administrative assistant with customer service skills. We are a small, but growing, national financial and legal services Bothell office. This position requires a quick learner with a positive attitude, to work independently and be a team player. While a healthy sense of humor is a must, this motivated candidate must be able to work in a professional, diverse, driven, fast paced and fun environment.

Position requirements:
Associate’s degree and above
Detail oriented
Proficient in Office
Ability to multi-task
Online research skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Understand importance of confidentiality
EXCELLENT WRITING AND GRAMMAR SKILLS
Work independently and within a team environment
Experience working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Preferred qualifications:
Phone and/or call center experience
Office experience
Responsibilities include:
Data entry
Scan documents
Review and process electronic/paper court notices and pleadings
Research and match client data with bankruptcy court information
Support the operations department (accounting and legal department, as needed)
Extract and analyze bankruptcy data from various court documents and correspondence
