Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat channels
Provide informed responses to inquiries about products, pricing, and availability
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs

Qualifications:
Minimum age of 18 years
Successful completion of a skill assessment and background check
1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Upon application at apexprosolutions.org, you will undergo orientation for an overview of the role and subsequent registration. Following approval, you will select a company for training and certification, enabling you to set your own schedule and begin earning.
