Customer Service Representative

Are you outgoing, self-motivated, energetic, reliable, honest, customer oriented and goal driven?

Prior insurance experience is NOT required.

We will provide you with the training you need.

Must pass background check!

The Ideal Applicant:

Strong computer/typing skills (Micosoft Office and Google Suite)

Familiar with CRM (Apex, Salesforce)

Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task

Learn new things quickly and efficiently

Goal oriented: highly motivated and resourceful to achieve results

Detail oriented

Excellent verbal, written and communication skills

Sales/telemarketing experience and/or bilingual are a plus

Responsibilities include:

Sales

Customer Service

Outgoing Phone Calls

Return, Email Correspondence

Other duties as assigned.
