Inside Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Make deliveries to customers and count their inventory to generate an order. Personal car is a requirement, with insurance - we will reimburse gas.

Generating quotes, helping with A/R, Expediting, order entry

Shipping/Receiving and transfer inventory and other various warehouse duties

Contact customers regularly to maintain account relationships, advise of new product and service offerings, and obtain feedback on products.

Share details with customers on additional offerings to provide value-added service.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and/or complaints.

Outbound telephone calls to existing customer base

Support outside staff and other offices

Share ideas and customer needs throughout all phases of the sales cycle

Update daily the CRM tool that we use with contacts, touch points and other critical information

Participate weekly in Company Sales meetings and a Level 10 meeting with your immediate supervisor.

Monday thru Friday 8-5. Must be very organized, be able to handle stressful situations, be a self starter and able to work alone. Customer service experience required, computer literacy a must (no beginners). Please send resume and salary history to be considered, without both you will not be considered.
