As aDispatcher on the Mr. Rooter team, a typical day for you will include: Receives and books customer calls with an 85% accuracy rating. Prioritizes work orders and establishes a service call schedule that will optimize the time and skill sets of the service technicians. Monitors location of service technicians throughout the workday to ensure the schedule is maintained. Communicates with service technicians by phone, and other communication technology as needed. Coordinate delays and changes to the schedule with customers, service technicians, and company software. Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications).Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of Customer Service, Dispatch, Administrative work, or applicable experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills: Must have reliable transportation, must be punctual, must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., and must have a sense of humor Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Physical requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The Associate should be able to stand, sit in an office space, see, hear and understand speech, communicate, lift computer equipment, supplies, and materials, and use office equipment and computers.
