Steam & Press Professional Dry Cleaners is hiring for part-time customer service representative. Must be available for 4 to 6 hour shifts from Monday through Friday between 8am to 6 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm.
Steam & Press is a boutique dry cleaner, specializing in sophisticated fabric care. We have a pristine production facility, we pick up, clean and deliver for our customers. We specialize in wedding gown cleaning and preservation, leather, suede, fur, shoe cleaning and household items such as rugs, upholstery, drapes, linens and comforters. We provide a wide range of tailoring services for suits, trousers, jackets, shirts, ties, outerwear and much more. At Steam & Press, it's all about customer service!
Job Responsibilities: Customer Service, starting at $18-$22 DOE
Serves customers by providing positive, friendly and courteous customer service
Manage transactions when customers are dropping off new orders and picking up completed order
Receive payment in cash or credit
Operate POS system
Open new customer accounts by recording account information into POS system
Detail and tag in new orders
Assist in assembling, bagging and racking orders
Resolves service problems or customer complaints
Help clean and maintain store

Previous experience in industry preferred, but not required, will train
