Dynamic and Fun Team seeks Motivated Person for Customer Service/Admin Support Position (Full Time/In Office Role)
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a full-time Customer Service and Admin support person to play a dual role in managing customer service and supporting day-to-day business operations. This in-office position is pivotal to our success, ensuring customers receive top-notch care while keeping our operational processes running smoothly. With half of your time focused on customer service and the other half on office and operational support, you’ll work closely with our Operations Team to drive efficiency and enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and empathetically.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with service teams to ensure timely responses.
- Conduct follow-up calls to confirm customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Reach out to potential and past customers to build relationships and identify new opportunities for service.
Operational Support Responsibilities:
- Serve as the in-office point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage office supplies, vendor communication, and incoming emails/mail.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate customer and employee records.
- Support and Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator on HR-related tasks, fleet management, construction billing, and accounts payable as needed.
- Collaborate and assist the Construction manager with scheduling, permits and time card accuracy as needed.

- Familiarity with fleet management, HR processes, or administrative operations is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry mail & packages up stairs (up to 25+ pounds)
- Ability to drive vehicles as needed to run errands
