We are looking for Front Desk associates to join our team. We are located across from the Seattle Seahawks Training Facility in Renton and have both full and part-time shifts available. We operate three shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. When applying, please specify which shift you are most interested in.
You must enjoy talking with, serving guests, and making them feel welcome to excel in this position. Also, are you bi-lingual?
POSITION SUMMARY
The Front Desk Representative must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. You will be responsible for assisting guests, answering phones, and checking in and checking guests out in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. This person will also be responsible for completing all necessary front office daily paperwork and ensuring that company guidelines and standards are met.

Always assists guests; responds to guest requests with diligent follow through. Job functions include empowerment to resolve guest issues through excellent customer service while following company guidelines and treating all guests and associates with the utmost of respect and kindness.
Must be able to process reservations, payment, and departures in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
Compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the prompt reporting of all safety and security issues directly to the manager or to the appropriate authorities.
