Responsibilities:
Oversee staff members cleaning performance.
Must use their own car for in between jobs (gas will be compensated)
Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces.
Launder and change bed linens.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Provide carpet cleaning services upon request.
Ensure proper stocking and storage of cleaning supplies.
Follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
Must be punctual, responsible and reliable.
Qualifications:
Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience.
Strong attention to detail and efficient work ethic.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning procedures.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
