Country Kennels is hiring for a full-time or part-time position. We are looking for someone with professional pet care experience or possibly someone who would like to learn all aspects of caring for dogs and cats in a kennel environment. Come join our team.
Hours will vary from 6:30am to 6:30pm Mon-Sun. You must have a flexible schedule, and be available on weekends and holidays. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. This is a fast-paced, physical job. You will be on your feet all day.
Requirements:
- Passion and love for all animals
- Outstanding work ethic
- Attention to detail, safety, and cleanliness
- Must be reliable and responsible
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years old
Some duties include:
- Daily sanitizing and disinfecting of all kennels and runs
- Laundry, dishes, vacuuming, mopping
- Bathing, brushing, nail trims
- Customer Service, answering phones/emails
- Supervising doggy daycare groups and playtimes
