Luxury House Cleaner - Bellevue and Mercer Island
$18 - $36 PER HOUR or 50% of client invoice costs
IK Cleaning is a Luxury cleaning service that services Bellevue, Mercer Island and select neighborhoodsof Seattle.
We are looking for motivated and hard working individualsto join our team!
What we are looking for:
-You must enjoy cleaning
-You must be passionate about cleaning and the service we provide
-High attention to detail
-You must be able to be permitted to work in the USA
-You must pass a drug test/screening
-You must have your own transportation
We are not just cleaners, we provide clients with Peace of Mind so they can focus on spending time with theirfamilies.
We have 250+ reviews on Google and Nextdoor about our Luxury cleaningservices and have built a strong reputation of being quick, efficient and thorough on each cleaning.
Your clients will be the same every 2 or 4 weeks - our clients sign a contract so as long as you can perform and uphold our cleaning standards you will have job security while the client is on contract.
Training - $18-25/hr.
You will be training, part-time (or full time), with our Field Supervisor
After Training - $26-36/hr.You will be expected to complete cleanings on your own and work a minimum 4-6 clients per week
Service Partner - 50% of clientinvoice total.You will continue with your regular scheduled cleaning with with 6-12 clients per week
