This position is to assist our Office Manager, part-time, Monday-Friday 9am-12pm.
Our office is in Snohomish. The company has been a part of the community for 50+ years. We are busy in Spring, Summer & Fall. During the winter there will be down time, but consistent presence is a must.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist office manager with various clerical tasks
-Maintain accurate data records
-Fax, copy and scan documents
-Manage filing of hard and soft copies of documents
-Answer phone calls and accurate message taking for staff

-General Office and Technology Capability
-Data Entry
-Good communication skills with professional phone presence
-Ability to work independently
-Organized
-Attention to detail
-MUST maintain utmost confidentiality with sensitive and personal information

Starting pay: $20 hour
